Delivered in no time and got it installed
Received the product very quick and was installed with no further delay. AC is working fine as expected and happy with the initial performance. My query is that while booking the model number was IA315YNU, but received the model ID318YKU. Other than this, every thing was seamless and happy with the product.Updating the review after a week of usage. Really good product and happy to select it.

Good value of money
Pros:1. Almost negligible sound even in a pin drop silence room2. The manual setting of compressor load allows you to set the compressor load to reduced capacity say .8T or 1T for a 110sq ft room . it does good job of cooling for temp set to 25 degrees. Our room exposed to SE and SW sun rays, with no building around, it makes the room comfortable in decent time.3. The energy bill has reduced by about 25% by setting at .8T or 1T compressor capacity compared to the non inverter AC which we earlier had.Cons; The vendor who came for installation charged beyond the std fixed price. He did not show how much flex covering is being used and just produced and demanded the bill charges.Suggestion: customer care should mandatorily check wtih customer before vendor leaves the premises that extra parts like flex tapes, copper wires, were they measured and then installed..in presence of customer?

Saves electricity. Consumes power like a desert coller when run on 24 degrees with power saving mode and after cleaning the filters and outer unit weekly. Cools even a big room in an apartment where I have installed it. But it’s actually ment for a small room. In May June it’s cooling affect takes time during the day. But overall bang for the buck. But the filter and the outer unit needs to cleaned nicely for good performance. If you have this AC and your ac is not cooling well you need to clean your ac thoroughly or get the gas checked.

Defective product
The product was completely defective, the circuit was broken and the AC didn’t even turn on.It took almost an entire day for installation and eventually now we have to return the product because they don’t offer replacement.Highly unsatisfied with the defective product

Good deal for this price
Working good since 2 years . Sufficient for small sized room. I am using in 125 and 155 square feet rooms.Added after 2 months:I am amazed after seeing the bill, OMG! Its truly very very low power consuming device.I always run ac on a maintain temperature like 25 to 27. I must say this is completely upto the mark on my expectations.This is not meant for the people who need a chilled room and use a blanket in may and June. This is just meant for people like me, who actually need an ac to get relax from the heat on average basis.In shortCHHOTA PACKET BADA DHAMAKAUpdate after 1 year : just awesome, go for it. Worth buying. Very well working. Completely silent. Noise level is zero. Energy efficient.I saw the price is hiked by 4000 from my purchase. Now its a bit expensive, but still good choice.I did not used amazon or bluestar service for installation, because there price was too high.I know a local professional, and he did the job very well just for rs 1300 including installation, drilling in wall and outdoor stand.If you don’t have such person you can ask for company installation for professional job , don’t take risk with local person if you are not aware of his ability.

Ac cooling is decent but installation is too much poor
Amazon did its job properly to an extent, delivered ac on time and as per time slot. Delivery guys were polite, humble and brought product on my doorstep which is at 2nd floor of my apartment. Now after this the mental torture begins, i made installation request to bluestar for which the channel partner was slected for installation. He called me on Saturday evening and said installation will be done on next day i.e. sunday. He made me aware of all the expenses which i have to bear for extra pipe, wire, stand and all. I accepted it and allowed him to send technician on sunday. Now the sunday comes and technician called me at 11 am to confirm the address, but he arrived at 2 pm. After that he opened up the box and taken out product. And started planing of installation. As he fixed the indoor unit he said suddenly that he didn’t have extra copper pipe so installation will be completed next day i.e. Monday. I was shocked after doing half job this happened. I called the vendor and made him aware of this, he said to return call me but he didn’t. Now i pleaded to technician that please do work today itself because i hav to go offic on monday. Then he said he will bring by evening and complete all work. He might talked to his vendor before answering me. Now till 8.30 pm he didnt returned ao i called him and said to come soon. So he arrived at 9.30 pm with pipe and wire. After that he worked very roughly and in an unacceptable way, he make pipe welding two time at two locations, also he didnt put extra pipes in different cover sleeve, he just winded in a single sleeve and tapped by vinyl tape roll (both pipes in single sleeve). And drilled wall without any mark, nor any alignment. At last he fixed the pipes and wired in very unprofessional manner around 10.30 pm and started ac for demo. He Didnt even done gas leak test on the wielded part. At last he asked for money, total sum of 4000 is charged by him, but next day i got mail of paying only rs 1500 from bluestar. I was very very shocked to get such a horrible and bad installation from bluestar. You all can see my video of poorly misaligned installation, it damaged looking of my room….so so pathetic installation by bluestar. Now about Ac performance, it is working good but not upto mark. It takes time of aprox 30 mins to cool the 10Ã10Ã10 room with one side sun facing. But once the temp gets maintained it goes smoother with proper cooling, low noice, minimal enery consumption with 1 unit aprox in 2 hrs of running.
