Great Product
Loved the AC. Luckily it was not damaged during transit. This one has one of the best cooling I have seen in an AC. Quickly chills the room and runs very efficiently as well…at times work at 20% capacity…I am hopeful of it saving a lot of electricity.Installation costs around 2300-2500 including stand, wire, plug, etc. The technician denied vacuuming the pipes initially, had to force him to do it and he agreed after a while when he had gone to get the compressor stand.Was a good deal at 38K…you won’t regret the purchase. Pay attention during installation though.

Good product!
Have been using it for 5 Months. Installation service was good(Chennai). Cooling is fast and very good. If you are looking for WiFi and other additional features then it is not for you. Even remote functionalities are very minimalistic.Only con is after few months it exhibits small noise. Apart from that I am happy about the purchase.

Need to Avoid this Model (Details in the Review): Pathetic Customer Service
I have been using this AC for four months and most of the times the journey has been fraught with issues. I will list down the issues.1) Authorized service center guys installed it but did not seal the pipes properly and it resulted in refrigerant leakage. Ac started to flash fault code 3 and then they changed outdoor unit thermistor without checking the refrigerant level. Nonetheless the issue was rectified but it took them a month to do this in the peak summer season.2) A month further down the line, Indoor unit started making noise and it was hardly blowing any air. After two months and a handful of customer care requests, the unit was taken down and cleaned thoroughly twice, but in each instance the problem recurred. And since the line of air gets broken it directly impacts the cooling capabilities. It takes around 1 month for the coil to get completely clogged. They say it is dust which is clogging it. Now we are talking about a town where air quality is comparatively better. And there are other ACs operating in the House, they never got clogged. Why this one in particular? Sadly, there is no answer to that. Before this AC, a unit of Hitachi used to be there at the same place for last three years. Never encountered such an issue with that.3) They say each time this happens, indoor unit needs to be taken down and coils need to be cleaned after separating it from indoor unit and they will charge for that even in warranty. Last run down clean up was a month ago and I am facing the same problem again. Regretting the decision to purchase this model.4) Customer service is pathetic and Local ASMs are rude. Even after escalating the issues they wonât listen and will talk rubbish. They make statements like âSince your usage is high, this is happeningâ Well, I did not buy to stare at it ð, âGo and escalate with whom so ever you wantâ. Really disappointing. It is the attitudes of ASMs which will frustrate you the most.5) At the time of writing this review, I am facing the same problem and there is no resolution in sight.Well, I am stuck with the product and donât know what to do with it except regretting my decision to purchase it.

Good product but missing some basic features. Still go for it.
Bought 1.5 ton 5 star rated version. It consumes 5 to 12 unit per day if i run it 24hrs per day and set temp between 25-27°C. Ita not going below 21°C even when i set temp at 18°C. This is in October and during night, so so something might be wrong with this unit. Will try running dew cleaning and ses if it improves after that or not.Its a no nonsense product and doesn’t have any useless feature. Just set the temp and forget about it.It lacks in display department. It should display the all 3 things together. Also l9ng press to cycle through display mode is a pain. Should have been default behavior of the button. Can’t see much information in ac display and have to refer the remote, so there are times when i use my phone infrared remote then whats displayed on the remote won’t match the current mode or temperature. I think its display should have had mlre information. Also when you turn on the ac display will be off by default. You need to long press the button every time to turn it on. If you like to keep it at set temperature then you will have to long press the remote button 3t times every time you turn on the ac.Makr sure to place the outer unit at such a place where there is no direct sunlight. Best place is where its always shade or place a cover at the top which prevents any sun rays on the unit. You will save quite a lot in electricity bill and ac performance will improve as well.Will keep updating the review and also update it after peek summer usage

Product is great, but installation is poor. They have charged 5K more for accessories. Additional 3Mtrs cable & copper they have charged 5K. Got the 5star 1.5ton ac for 39K.

Best on performance but too noisy in high fan speed mode. Also took couple of minutes to start compresser after switching on the machine for cooling as compare to LG AC.
