Item and return process
Do read all the details related to product and return process on product page. I bought this and it couldn’t have been a more horrible experience for me. The item was defective. Keyboard was not working, got heated in five minutes. I tried to return the item and that is where the actual trouble began. They will make your life hell when you try to return item. Delivery boy will not come, they will not schedule return unless you talk to customer service many time.

Biometric not Working
I think we should think twice before purchasing expensive products from this platform. Nowadays they are not helping at all in return / Replacement. After two days of using it my biometric stop working when I contacted Amazon for replacement as it falls under 7 days replacement policy , they simply denied and asked me to contact Lenovo for resolution. Very worst service.

Good overall, but it heats up soon.
Uptill now since few days past, it is giving a good performance, masha’allah ð§¿Some minor bugs:1. Lenovo Vandate puts me off, it keeps asking me to reboot my laptop on every use because of some update it has downloaded.2. Also, it does get heated up soon on one side aka left side, more so while charging.3. Since the sound quality is low, I have to use a Bluetooth speaker, after which Lenovo Voice shows a bug (I am still finding out the reason)4. Hello facial recognition doesn’t work because camera isn’t infra-red, but fingerprint sensor works fine.Pros:1. Looks-wise it is sleek and light weighted so looks professional and easy to carry.2. Battery life 5-6 hours3. Has enough ports unlike Lenovo Yoga4. A good deal to buy a 2-in1 touchscreen laptop during sale.Perhaps I will review it again after 1 or 2 month’s use.
