No doubt, lg is the no. 1 in the washing machine world. Energy saving, water saving, time saving and quality of washing are the key features of this legend. I’m happy with this product. Everything is fine except demo and installation part. Technician is quit slow and not expertise in this field.

Delivery concerns: Unfortunately, the delivery people didn’t handle the package properly, leading to concerns about potential faults in the machine. Great Product from LG!
The washing machine is exceptional with low water and energy consumption.It has multiple modes to suit your washing requirements and works at very low dB level.Although the washing machine arrived with a small dent was willing to overlook it bcoz I got it for 31k which is great value for money.I’m not willing to deduct one or two stars from the rating keeping in mind the machine but LG customer service needs a lot of Improvement.Had to call the customer care and wait for more than 5 days in a Tier 1 city for them to install it.

Product is good but service is still not upto the mark..
After detailed research I got LG washing machine.. product is really good.. when comes to installation and service it’s not upto the mark….I think LG should interact with the dealers at regular intervals and conduct the workshop for service man as you are updating the features in the product…. During installation the service man sold me the inlet pipe filter for 300 rs and washing liquid for 300 rs..But the quality of water inlet filter is worst.it got broken on the same day of installation…when I inform the same thing to service man he asked me the replacement charge but I denied to give… Really I got a bad installation experience of my product due that reason… I would recommend this product for the people those who are going to purchase, kindly ensure that very good dealers and skilled service man available near by you and then go ahead…
