Bought it for 36200 during prime day sale on 20-07-2024 combining various offers from Dawntech electronics seller .Delivery -okay .Box had missing copper pipe. Which I had to submit the payment bill of pipe to get refund from Amazon for the pipe . They will refund you the amount of pipe used during installation if pipe not received after submitting the bill .Installation was good. Professional behavior.Product is good . Cooling good . Noise is okay . Not super silent but this is standard which you find it most of acs. So good noise levels . Cools very quickly for 110sqft room . No con found in product till now . Satisfactory purchase as of now .

Superb quality and nice product
I purchased this AC on prime day sale 27 sept. AC box had missed copper wire.When technical staff came to installation that time observed this.AC functionality is good, build quality is awesome. Remote is included wifi but it is not working.I requested to customer care for reimbursement for copper wire. They assured me that they will refund after submitting the GST bill of copper wire.
