I am writing this review based on my experience. I purchased this semi-automatic washing machine and after 6 months dryer stop to function. I called maney times to whirlpool customer but till now (after 4 days) nobody come. They give other contact number but most of the time they are not picking call even they pick up gave excuses only. Even though I am in very good of India @Bangalore (IISc Quarters).
