From last 5days I am waiting for my return to pick up . Terrific purchase, value for money.
I recently purchased a refurbished Dell latitude 5490 laptop. The laptop is in excellent condition, with minimal scratches. Performance is smooth, and battery life is good it’s of approx 6 hours with normal usage. Speed of laptop is good enough, speakers are working fine, wifi, bluetooth are workin properly. Seller communication was prompt and helpful. I got the warranty confirmation over whatsapp from seller for 6 months but yet to confirm over mail.1. Processor: Intel core i5 8th Gen.2. RAM/Memory: 16GB,3. Storage: 512 GB,4. Display: 14 inches, vibrant colors as it’s win 11,5. Ports/Connectivity: 3 USB working fine.*Note- Didn’t find serial no on body however I found from command prompt.Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase., thanks Amazon!

Defective. Product. Don’t buy refurbished from Recycle Cart company
Firstly, the charger was not working, so I replaced with a new one.Secondly and te main defect is that I cannot sign in. At this spot the laptop don’t respond continesly reverting back to the screen saver.Repents to have bought a refurbished item . I bought this from a seller ‘ Recycle Cart”..Anyway Amazon was very prompt to refund money grom te seller within a day.On the strength of Amazon, I am experimenting one more time to buy te same configired latitude 5490 from JISHNU ENTERPRISES. Let’s evaluate…Will post te review accordingly

Don’t buy @ laptop not working after one month @ there 6 month warranty by seller warranty,.. Seller will not entertain , they telling that contact with “usedbutnewyet” site personnel they never respond your call .Amazon simply hands up and say talk to seller personnel.. don’t buy dosto,.. I purchased dell laptop ,,.. painted body, looking stickering which peel off after one week,,.. don’t buy….

Worst useless product
It started throwing issues in 2-3 months and stopped working in just 3 months and then I sent it to company back and paid 1,000 courier charges after that company replaced hard disk and send back to me now again in few days it started throwing issues and stopped working again by saying “no bootable device found”. I just recommend to Buy new laptop and pay little more insted of buying this refurbished laptop. Useless product I have wasted lot of my time since I purchased it. Used just 3-4 months and wasted approx 25,000 ok it.

Camera & battery performance low,but overall is good
Camera quality is poor and the battery performance is low. It will decrease with in 2 hrs. Otherwise speed and performance is good.worth it in this price.
