Review after one month.Installation by next day of delivery. Working good. Low noise.easy to operate. Value for money. Installation person asked to put a water filter of 2500/- It is not compulsory. It is not very essential It is let to your wish.Arrange your own stand, or rubber pads are best.

Pathetic Services and Product
I have been suffering since 1 month without any resolution. So if you want a working product and peaceful life, do not buy IFB products and do not buy very expensive products from amazon.I bought this machine from amazon and according to recommendation also bought a stand from amazon. However when installation team called, they said if i use a stand not bought from IFB, machine will not be under warranty anymore.On top of this, the machine was defective- inlet pipe sensor was not working. IFB forced me to accept another model as replacement as they did not have this one in inventory. After atleast 10 customer care calls, amazon agreed to place a return request as apparently Amazon was not able to get response from IFB team on replacement.I have been calling Amazon customer care everyday now. Everyday they say your product will be picked up tomorrow but the pickup person never picks it up. I have been playing this dance of calling customer care, them placing a new request and in the end not picking up the product from 20 days.This is highly un-acceptable and pure harassment. Amazon should not sell IFB products on their platform. And should provide resolution instead of just saying that they are very customer focused. I am not buying anything of high value from amazon ever again.

I am writing this review after more than 2.5 month use. This product is awesome and fantastic working. Steam washing is very very happy satisfied. More attractive thing is that, low power consumption. Where my resident, at this location power fluctuations is more, so I use this product with stabizer.

Too many limitations
It’s better to buy such appliances from the shop where you get a demo of all the features. This machine does not have a timer, no section for softener and only allows liquid wash. No powder.
